8. May I purchase this service as a gift?
Answer: It is a fairly common practice for a parent, friend, or spouse to purchase a service from Dr. Jerry as a gift. Once you have determined the amount, please send Dr. Jerry an email to let him know the name and contact information of the party getting the gift. You can also wait until Dr. Jerry contacts you and then tell him the name of the lucky party.
9. What forms of payment are accepted by Dr. Jerry?
Answer: Dr. Jerry uses PayPal (owned by E-bay) as his e-commerce processor and this firm accepts all credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCP, as well as cash and debit cards, checks, (all non-credit card transactions result in a processing delay as determined by PayPal).
