Note: Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher do work with the parents of children when it comes to applications for admittance to private schools or clild modeling services but only when there is an adult on the telephone for the entire interview process.
2) You may not initiate or participate in any activity that might be illegal, harmful, or interfere with anyone’s use of our services, including the sending of e-mail or instant messaging spam using any e-mail controlled by Dr. Jerry.
3) You authorize Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher, the operators of the firm and the website to post (with anonymity) any comment submitted by you as a testimonial and you permit Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher to edit such comments to enhance grammar, readability, and avoid disparaging use of inappropriate (exclusively in the opinion of Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher language.
4) You are ultimately responsible for content of any document prepared by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher for your personal use – you control the content and you may, without the consent of Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher, make any changes to any document. Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher do, however, reserve the right to void the firm’s guarantee of success if you make changes that would, in the exclusive opinion of Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher, not be in your best interest.
5) Because Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher perform a “creative” service, you agree to be responsible for the full cost of such services if any work has been accomplished. You may cancel, without hassle, any order where Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher has not commenced work.
6) You may “favorite” the website or any page of the firm’s website or refer friends, family, or co-workers to his website without incurring a charge and Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher shall have no responsibility to pay you a commission for any referral.
7) You agree that the laws of the State of Colorado shall apply to any legal disagreement between the parties and that the maximum of any damages will be limited to the full amount you paid for the services performed by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher.

Commitment To Privacy:
Your privacy is important to Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher. To protect your privacy, Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher provide this notice explaining the information gathering practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we have inserted a link on our home page and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. If you elect to purchase any of the services offered by the firm, then when you order a service you will be required to provide either credit card or banking information over a secure line directly to PayPal (owned by eBay) and such information is not provided to Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. In order for you to provide any personal information for Dr. Jerry to Dr. Swisher to use in preparing products you purchase, you must give Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher such information over the telephone or by e-mail. Unless you telephone Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher, place an order, or ask Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher a question using e-mail, your visit to this web address is completely private. The Way Information is Used:
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive a telephone call from Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. During telephone calls, and any follow-up calls that might be necessary, or through e-mail, Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will ask you extensive personal questions. These questions will cover your work history, career objectives, your strengths and weaknesses, your special skills, knowledge, and abilities, the duties and responsibilities you have at your current position and at previous positions. Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher may also ask other questions when they believe the information obtained from these questions would be essential in order to prepare a professional resume/CV and/or cover letter for you. If you determine that any question Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher ask is inappropriate or if you would prefer to not answer the question, you have every right to tell Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher and your position will be respected. If you have ordered just a cover letter, you must send your current resume or CV to Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher via e-mail so that they can determine what information to include on the cover letter and how the cover letter should be formatted.
Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and ensure the correct use of information, the firm has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected from you. For example, any hard copies of any work product are kept in a locked filing cabinet. Your information is prepared on computers using Microsoft Word word-processing software and the final documents are stored only on CD-ROM disks which cannot be accessed electronically by any outside source. Our data security includes professionally installed firewall software. Even if the firewall should fail, it would be impossible for anyone to access your information since your information cannot be accessed from the CD-ROM disk without the physical insertion of the CD-ROM disk into our computer. Information obtained or required on the “Ordering” page, which requires either your credit card information or banking account information, is not stored electronically by the firm (it is processed by PayPal directly) and the acknowledgment of payment sent to Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher by PayPal does not contain such information. Commitment To Children’s Privacy:
From time-to-time Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will prepare resumes or CVs, cover letters, or other products in the name of children (for admission to private schools for example). Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, Dr. Jerry nor Dr. Swisher never collect or maintain information at our web site, or during telephone conversations with parents or guardians, from those we actually know are under the age of thirteen, and no part of our web site is structured to attract anyone under the age of thirteen.
Internet Advertising:
The firm’s ability to provide free content does NOT depend on advertising and you should never expect to see an ad displayed during your visit. If you do see an ad displayed, contact Dr. Jerry and he will, personally, see that the advertising is removed. You can expect to never have your name, address, telephone number, or email address – as well as any personal information – disclosed by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher to anyone, without your prior consent, period.
How To Access Or Correct Your Information:
To insure the accuracy of your personally identifiable information, you will receive a draft copy of any product the firm prepares for you. You can request changes or corrections by contacting Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher, toll free at 888-441.1147 or directly at 719.447.1147 (Dr. Jerry) or 623.398.8628 z(Dr. Swisher or by sending a list of the corrections using e-mail addressed to Dr.Jerry@JerryBills.com. There is never a fee charged for corrections nor is there any limitation to the number of times you may contact Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher to make corrections. Such corrections will be confirmed to you by sending an e-mail copy of the corrected resume/CV. Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher always include a cover letter with the final documents as well as the final resume in PDF format in addition to a version in MS-Word. All cover letters are sent as templates and the firm does not provide editing or modification services to cover letter they write since the cover letter should be modified each and every time the cover letter is used. Dr. Jerry nor Dr. Swisher do not charge a fee to make a change of address or a change of telephone number to any résumé they may have prepared. They do, however, charge a fee to add new information (a new position for example) to any resume/CV they prepared for you and that fee includes a full rewrite of your resume or CV, if necessary, to bring it to current style and format. To protect your privacy and security, Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will also take reasonable steps, such as asking you to confirm your name, address, and telephone number for example, to verify your identify before making corrections.
Information regarding refunds:
There are no firms that consistently stay in business offering any type of “Money Back” guarantee on creative services because it takes a great deal of time and effort just to develop a draft and there are no controls over how a client may, or may not, use the information created. However, Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher do offer to work with their clients as long as it takes to develop a final résumé that the client feels comfortable in using when looking for employment. There are no limits to the number of drafts that they are willing to produce or number of changes they are willing to make at the direction of their clients during the ‘draft’ phase. On the other hand, Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher, much like any professional, reserves the right to determine, unilaterally, that a client does not want to accept their professional advise and, accordingly, in such circumstances, Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher may advise their clients that requested changes will be made but that the firm’s guarantee of interviews may become invalid.
