- Dr. Jerry will telephone you and set a specific time to conduct an intensive interview; and
- Regardless of which service you purchase, Dr. Jerry will deliver a draft version of the new resume to your email account within a maximum of 4 business hours after the interview; and
- You and Dr. Jerry will then discuss the draft, make any necessary changes, and the final resume and cover letter will be delivered to your email account within 1 business hour after all issues with the résumé have been resoved.

| 3. New résumé for Leadership and Management positions - $299 flat fee. Here the resume is developed from scratch and the service includes a personal and intensive telephonic interview with Dr. Jerry. This level is best for anyone looking for either a leadership or supervision opportunity at the middle management level, someone looking for an important job opportunity, including a career-direction change or a lateral move to a better employer, or for someone returning to the workforce after a long absence. This level is also appropriate for someone that does not speak English as a native language (for the interview process is more complicated and detailed). This service includes both a new resume and a FREE cover letter. (Compare other sites at $395 to $695.) This service also includes versions of the resume in ASCII and PDF formats, in addition to the MS-Word format, so that you resume can easily be posted to job boards and websites. | 4. Résumé ‘polish,’ ‘tweak,’ or ‘repair’ service or a special payment per Agreement with Dr. Jerry – Select dollar amount. From time to time Dr. Jerry will review a resume for someone where the résumé is, on balance, well done and Dr. Jerry and the client agree that the résumé/CV would need only a “once-over,” not a fully revised résumé, just some polish to make it look better. In these cases only a minimum fee should be charged by the professional. So, where a résumé reviewed by Dr. Jerry needs, in his opinion, only a ‘tweak’ or ‘polish’ to improve its marketing potential and if the client believes that the content of his/her current resume is adequate, then Dr. Jerry will use that content (adding and removing words as necessary), change the style, and add the “wow” factor for the exceptionally low cost of $99 for a new customer or $79 for an existing customer, (includes a revised cover letter). If all you need is cover letter only then that service is priced at US$45. Call and discuss your needs with Dr. Jerry (no charge) and then set the counter accordingly.
