This service, under normal conditions, would cost between $249 and $695 but for those currently unemployed it is priced at only $149 - because Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher understand just how difficult it is to be unemployed. The service includes an interview where Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher gather the information needed to write a new résumé for you. The new résumé is delivered to you in draft and you can discuss any issues directly with Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. This service includes the new résumé, a cover letter, and the documents delivered in two formats (printable and scannable) – in other words, everything you need for a successful search. This service only is available ONLY to those currently unemployed.

2. New Résumé for Non-Management Positions – $199 flat fee.
This package is a brand new résumé written from scratch and it is ideal for staff members with 2 years or more of experience but not seeking leadership or management opportunities. This package, like every package offered by the firm includes a cover letter, the documents include everything you need for a successful search. This service also includes an intensive personal interview by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. This level is perfect for anyone looking for either a non-leadership or non-supervision opportunity and/or someone looking for administrative or entry-level positions.

3. Leadership or Management Résumé - $299 flat fee.
With this package the résumé is developed from scratch and the package includes everything you need for a successful search. This service also includes a personal and intensive telephonic interview with Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. This level is perfect for anyone looking for either a leadership or supervision opportunity at the middle management level, someone looking for their first important job, or someone looking for a career-direction change, a lateral move to a better employer, someone looking for a promotion with a present employer, or someone returning to work after a long absence. This service is currently offered on a “2 for 1″ basis, so if you have a need for a second résumé with a completely different focus, have a need for a CV, or have a friend that also needs a new résumé or CV, this is a great choice for you.

4. Résumé ‘repair,’ résumé ‘tweak,’ or résumé”polish’ service – offered from a low flat fee of $100 (see below).
This service is available to only those that submit their résumé for review, a résumé that is, on balance, well done and Dr. Jerry, Dr. Swisher, and the client agree that the résumé/CV would need only a “once-over,” not a fully revised résumé, just some polish to make it look better. In these cases only a minimum fee should be charged by the professional. So, where a résumé reviewed by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher needs, in their opinion, only a ‘tweak’ or ‘polish’ to improve its marketing potential and if the client believes that the content of his/her current résumé is adequate, then either Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will use that content (adding and removing words as necessary), change the style, and add the “wow” factor for an exceptionally low cost.

All services include the resume and a FREE cover letter written in Microsoft Word format [Word 1997-2004 and only in 2007 if requested]. The resume document in MS-Word can easily be edited and changed at will) plus versions of the resume in PDF (for using when requested or when you do not trust the employer). Don’t pay someone extra for these formats or pay extra for a cover letter – unless you have money to burn.
Dr. Jerry and Dr. Swisher strongly believe that no résumé should ever cost more than $300. After all, times are tough and it would be foolish to pay nearly triple or even more on such websites as Ladders for what you can get on this website for $299 or less.
