The new résumé is delivered to you in draft and you can discuss any issues directly with Dr. Jerry. This service includes the new résumé, a cover letter, and the documents delivered in 3 formats (printable, scannable, ASCII) – in other words, everything you need for a successful search. This service only is available ONLY to those currently unemployed.

2. New Resume for Non-Management Positions -$199 flat fee.
This package is a brand new resume written from scratch and it is ideal for staff members with 2 years or more of experience but not seeking leadership or management opportunities. This package, like every package offered by Dr. Jerry includes a cover letter, the documents include everything you need for a successful search. This service also includes an intensive personal interview by Dr. Jerry. This level is perfect for anyone looking for either a non-leadership or non-supervision opportunity and/or someone looking for administrative or entry-level positions.

3. Leadership or Management Resume - $299 flat fee.
With this package the resume is developed from scratch and the package includes everything you need for a successful search. This service also includes a personal and intensive telephonic interview with Dr. Jerry. This level is perfect for anyone looking for either a leadership or supervision opportunity at the middle management level, someone looking for their first important job, or someone looking for a career-direction change, a lateral move to a better employer, someone looking for a promotion with a present employer, or someone returning to work after a long absence. This service is currently offered on a “2 for 1″ basis, so if you have a need for a second résumé with a completely different focus, have a need for a CV, or have a friend that also needs a new résumé or CV, this is a great choice for you. Information Technology professionals should choose this level only unless they desire to be the Director of IT or hold a CIO position.

4. Resume ‘repair’ or resume ‘tweak’ - $149 (Repair – for a present customer) to $149 (Tweak – for a new customer).
With this package the resume is either a ‘repair’ of one Dr. Jerry wrote originally that needs a change of emphasis; or is a resume reviewed by Dr. Jerry that, in his opinion, needs only a ‘tweak’ to improve its marketing potential. If the content of your current resume is reasonably adequate, then Dr. Jerry will use that content (adding and removing words as necessary), change the style, and add the “wow” factor for an exceptionally low cost of just $149.

All services include the resume and a FREE cover letter written in Microsoft Word format [Word 1997-2004 and only in 2007 if requested]. The resume document in MS-Word can easily be edited and changed at will) plus versions of the resume in ASCII (for job board and website posting) and PDF (for using when requested or when you do not trust the employer). Don’t pay someone extra for these formats or pay extra for a cover letter – unless you have money to burn.
Dr. Jerry strongly believes that no resume should ever cost more than $300. After all, times are tough and it would be foolish to pay nearly triple or even more on such websites as Ladders for what you can get on this website for $299 or less.
