Very few resume writing firms offer any type of guarantee on creative services. Some firms, however, in order to compete with Dr. Jerry who originally developed the concept in the early 1990′s, do offer free rewrites if a resume fails to produce interviews.

As the founder of this concept, Dr. Jerry goes a step further: He believes that if your resume does not produce interviews within the first 30 days of use, and assuming you have made a reasonable effort to look for work and get the new resume into circulation, then the problem is with the resume and he will rewrite the resume until it does produce interviews.

While no one in business today would be foolish enough to promise a “money-back” guarantee on any type of creative service, Dr. Jerry does try to diligently work with his clients, so long as there is a glimmer of potentially satisfying a client.

Once the resume has been transmitted in draft format, any fee charged by Dr. Jerry will be considered earned and nonrefundable. However, if you do not get interviews after using the resume for 30 days, you can blame the resume and you can send an e-mail to Dr. Jerry within 60 days asking for a rewrite. Any rewrite so requested will be sent as a completed product and not as a draft so as to avoid a Catch-22 environment.

The exact wording of the guarantee is as follows: “If, after 30 days of using your new resume, you are not 100% satisfied, Dr. Jerry will rewrite the resume – without hassle“.
