This service, under normal conditions, would cost between $249 and $599 but for those currently unemployed it is priced at only $149 regardless of the level of opportunity desired – because the firm understands just how difficult it is to be unemployed. The service includes an interview where Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will gather the information needed to write a new résumé for you. The new résumé will be delivered to you in draft and you can discuss any issues directly with Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. This service includes the new résumé, a cover letter, and the documents delivered in 2 formats (printable amd scannable) – in other words, everything you need for a successful search. This special priced service only is available ONLY to those currently unemployed.
Items included:
Interview with Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher with some interview coaching; New Résumé (in MS-Word and PDF formats); and a Cover Letter.
2. New Résumé for Non-Management Positions – $199 flat fee.

This Service is a brand new résumé written from scratch and it is ideal for staff members with experience but not seeking leadership or management opportunities. This package, like every package offered by the firm includes a cover letter and all the documents include everything you need for a successful search. This service also includes an intensive personal interview by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. This level is perfect for anyone looking for either a non-leadership or non-supervision opportunity and/or someone looking for administrative or entry-level positions.

3. Leadership or Management Résumé - $299 flat fee.
With this package the résumé is developed from scratch and the package includes everything you need for a successful search. This service also includes a personal and intensive telephonic interview with Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher. This level is perfect for anyone looking for either a leadership or supervision opportunity at the middle management level, someone looking for their first important job, or someone looking for a career-direction change, a lateral move to a better employer, someone looking for a promotion with a present employer, or someone returning to work after a long absence. This service is currently offered on a “2 for 1″ basis, so if you have a need for a second résumé with a completely different focus, have a need for a CV, or have a friend that also needs a new résumé or CV, this is a great choice for you. Information Technology professionals should choose this level only. The time limit of the “2 for 1″ service is one year from the date of completion of the first résumé.
4. Résumé ‘repair,’ or resume ‘polish’ service – offered from a low flat fee of $100 (see below).
From time to time Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will review a résumé that is, on balance, well done and Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher and the client will agree that the résumé/CV does not need to be fully revised, it just needs some polish to make it look better. In these cases only a minimum fee is be charged by the firm. So, where a résumé reviewed by Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher needs, in their opinion, only a minor repair to improve its marketing potential and if the client believes that the content of his/her current résumé is adequate, then Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will use that content (adding and removing words as necessary), change the style, and add the “wow” factor for an exceptionally low cost. If you need a cover letter only, the price is $49 and you should send the firm your current résumé so that (1) they can match the font on the cover letter to that used on the résumé and (2) so that they can highlight any special skills you should emphasize in the cover letter.
The cost for any client can be as low as $100 (assumes contact is possible via telephone within the US or via Skype worldwide) and at $100 does not include a cover letter. The total service will include a revised résumé in MS-Word and PDF formats. Except for the cover letter only where there is no interview and the fee is only $49, Dr. Jerry or Dr. Swisher will telephone you to ask questions they need to know the answers before starting the process, conduct interview coaching; they deliver the polished résumé (in MS-Word and PDF formats) and add a new Cover Letter.
All services include the résumé and a FREE cover letter (except for the cover letter only service) written in Microsoft Word format [Word 1997-2004 and only in 2007 if requested]. The résumé document in MS-Word can easily be edited and changed at will) and a version of the résumé in PDF (for using when requested or when you do not trust the employer) are included without additional fee. Don’t pay someone extra for these formats or pay extra for a cover letter – unless you have money to burn.
The firm strongly believes that no résumé should ever cost more than $300. After all, times are tough and it would be foolish to pay nearly triple or even more on such websites as TheLadders.com for what you can get on this website for $299 or less. Most importantly, if your present résumé needs only a minor polish, don’t pay for a new résumé developed from scratch.
